Our mission is to help schools become "NEP-2023 ready" by providing comprehensive solutions that leverage Artificial Intelligence-enabled technology, align with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goal 4 (SDG 4), and enable a synced school and after-school.

DIRECTOR

Has over 32 years of experience in the area of Treasury, Corporate Banking and Risk Management. Founder and CEO of SIRIUS Capital, a special situations private capital investment fund.

Previously, he founded and served as the Group Head of the Financial Restructuring and Remedial division at Emirates NBD Banking Group.

On the Board of Schoolnet, he provides strategic support in the consolidation and expansion of the portfolio of services.

DR. SEKHAR B.

INDEPENDENT DIRECTOR

Dr Sekhar Bonu, an ex-IAS officer of the 1987 batch, holds a doctoral degree in International Public Health from Johns Hopkins University.

Also trained as a Chartered Financial Analyst, he brings to the table a wealth of experience having served the Government of Rajasthan as a civil servant and the Director General, Development, Monitoring and Evaluation Office of the NITI Aayog.

He has also held leadership positions at the Asian Development Bank.

DR. VANDANA R SINGH

INDEPENDENT DIRECTOR

An educationist herself, Dr Vandana Singh holds a PhD in English Literature from Panjab University and possesses vast experience in the areas of consulting, writing and research.

Over the course of her career, she has published and translated various books for NCERT, undergraduates, law, and management faculties.

Dr Singh has further been recognized for outstanding contributions to literature by the Chandigarh Sahitya Academy.

Formerly an IAS officer, has worked with Government of India and Government of Tripura in various capacities and briefly with United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO)

Pioneer in building PPP models to address the challenges of education, employment and employability.

KK IYER

DIRECTOR

35 years of experience in Management Consulting and Investing across India, US and the EU region.

Has been on the Board of Schoolnet since 2010 providing strategic support in consolidation and expansion of portfolio of services.

Prior to investment advisory career, has worked with Accenture for almost 2 decades and held several leadership roles.

Howard Soh, based in Singapore, is currently heading Investments at LemmaTree. Soh holds a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School. With a robust skill set that includes Analytics, Investment Banking, Financial Analysis, Investments, Private Equity, Soh provides robust guidance to Schoolnet for strategic growth.
